Under the National Programme for IT, services within the NHS are being modernised and expanded with a growing emphasis on improving ICT to enable a greater level of service and choice for patients and more efficient access to health related information.  The aim of the National Programme for IT is to deliver a better NHS, with improved patient services fit for the 21st century.  Intrinsic has extensive expertise in implementing fast, reliable underlying IT infrastructure with sufficient connectivity and broadband to support critical national applications and local systems in the healthcare sector.

Additionally, Intrinsic is a fully accredited third party supplier, with a secure N3 network connection, enabling the company to monitor, manage and deliver 24x7 operational support to, amongst others, the UK's foremost neurological centre at Walton, Liverpool. Amongst others, our customers include the NHS's first hospital - Trafford General - and at the same time, the latest developments with a sophisticated new contact centre is being installed at Kettering General.
